Room Block

A block of 50 rooms has been reserved for our guests for:

May 28–31, 2027
(check-in May 28 • check-out May 31)

Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Guests wishing to extend their stay before or after the wedding may enjoy the same preferential rates, subject to availability.

Nightly rates, per room, VAT 10% and American buffet breakfast included:

  • Superior: 250 EUR single occupancy / 280 EUR double

  • Deluxe: 270 EUR single occupancy / 310 EUR double

  • Junior Suite: 450 EUR (limited availability)

  • Suite: 700 EUR (limited availability)

  • Suite Deluxe: 900 EUR (limited availability)

    City tax of 2.50 EUR per person, per day is additional.

RESERVATION CODE
There is no code. Guests simply need to mention: "Wedding Matt Alviti e Annie Ruland"

BOOKING DEADLINE
February 28, 2027. Rooms in the block are limited and are released on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend booking well before this date. Late May is high season in Umbria, and rooms outside the block will be more limited and more expensive. Since reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before arrival, there is no reason to wait.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card is required to guarantee each booking. Rooms may be cancelled without penalty up to 15 days before arrival (by 00:00 on the arrival date). After that, one night is charged. In the case of a no-show, the full reserved stay is charged.

Services & Info

  • The hotel has a private lock-up garage at 20 EUR per day, including valet service. There are only 15 spaces, so guests who need parking should reserve in advance when booking their room.

    For additional cars, the SABA Piazza Partigiani public car park is a 5 minute walk away, via the escalators that run up through the Rocca Paolina to the hotel's main entrance. The hotel can provide a discounted pre-paid ticket at 20 EUR per 24 hours (instead of 25 EUR), which can be charged to the room.

  • Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 12:00pm.

  • Free Wi-Fi throughout is included.

  • Porterage service is included.

  • Access to the fitness room and wellness area are included.
